David Norman has over 15 years of work experience in the marketing and insights field. David has held various senior roles in companies such as DB Breweries, Redwood Cider Co., Mondelēz International, and Sara Lee New Zealand Limited. David'smost recent position was as Senior Manager and Head of Insights & Innovation at DB Breweries, where they were responsible for leading the long-term portfolio and innovation strategy based on consumer and market intelligence. Prior to that, they served as a CMI Manager and Market Insights Manager, playing a strategic role in shaping portfolio, brand, investment, and innovation decisions. David also has experience as a Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager, where they were responsible for developing strategies, innovation, and communications campaigns for various brands. David began their career as a Category Analyst, where they gained experience in trade marketing, pricing, and promotion strategy.
