Sam Forrest has a diverse work experience in the marketing and sales field. Starting in 2013, they worked for Frucor Suntory in various roles, including Brand Manager and Territory Sales Manager. In 2015, they joined DB Breweries as a Brand Manager and later became a Marketing Manager for domestic and international brands. In 2017, Sam worked as a Sales and Marketing Consultant for Forrest Wines. In 2019, they participated in the Nudge Global Impact Challenge. Currently, Sam is the Head of Trade Marketing at DB Breweries.
Sam Forrest completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing Management from the University of Otago, attending from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Sam attended St Andrew's College in New Zealand from 2004 to 2008, achieving NCEA Level 3. In addition to their formal education, Sam obtained various certifications including participation in the Global Sustainability Challenge by Nudge NL, Sustainable Packaging Design Training from the Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP), Social Media for Marketers from the Marketing Association, Project Management Training from JumpShift Development Ltd, and the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
