Alexander also worked on process automation, efficiency improvement, and digitization projects at Lufthansa Cargo. Additionally, he was a team member in the Innovation Accelerator Program at Lufthansa Group, focusing on airline crew management with the use of artificial intelligence and big data. At Lufthansa, Alexander held positions in Customer Service Operations and as a Lean Specialist.
