Arnold van Rijs

Arnold van Rijs has extensive experience in the healthcare and logistics sectors, holding key roles since the 1980s. Currently serving as the CIO for Benelux at DB Schenker since 1990, Arnold has also worked as an ICT Manager for Schenker Nederland and as an IT system administrator and programmer. Prior to this, Arnold was the Chief Nurse Anesthetist at Het Oogziekenhuis Rotterdam from 1985 to 1990 and worked as a Nurse Anesthetist at Ikazia from 1980 to 1985. Arnold’s educational background includes multiple management training courses from 1999 to 2020, IT AMBI modules from 1987 to 1990, and a Nurse Anesthetist degree from 1980 to 1984, alongside completing secondary education at CSG Johannes Calvijn from 1975 to 1980.
