Toni Kokkonen

Toni Kokkonen is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as the Head of Branch North-East and a member of the Management Team at DB Schenker since January 2023. Previously, Toni held the position of Head of Terminal Area Jyväskylä and Director at Vähälä Yhtiöt from February 2018 to September 2024, focusing on contract logistics and terminal management. A Senior Lecturer in Logistics at Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences from August 2012 to January 2018, Toni taught various transportation-related subjects and participated in customer projects. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Manager at Vahala Yhtiöt from May 2011 to August 2012, overseeing logistics operations in Central Finland. Toni holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics from Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field, complemented by teacher education training.
