Yasser Mahfouz

Yasser Mahfouz is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering and real estate, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate for DB Schenker in the Middle East and Africa since April 2019. In this role, Yasser oversees the management and development of a diverse property portfolio, including office buildings, warehouses, and terminals across more than 50 locations, focusing on construction, refurbishment, facilities management, and sustainability. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager for The Kanoo Group, where Yasser managed the Jabel Ali Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II, and holding positions as Lead Civil Engineer at EMKAAN Architecture + Engineering Consultancy, Project Engineer at Al Malik Building Contracting Co LLC, and Structural Design Engineer at Nile Engineering Consulting Bureau. Yasser holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, earned between 2007 and 2012.
