Juliana Dutra (Ela/Dela)

Juliana Dutra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and team management, currently serving as the People & Business Manager at DBServer since August 2013. In this role, Juliana oversees team development, implements mentorship programs, manages client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and controls area indicators. Previously, as an HR Analyst, Juliana provided generalist HR support, developed leaders, evaluated performance, and facilitated recruitment in the technology sector. Prior to DBServer, Juliana worked at Totalservice, where responsibilities included establishing the HR department and managing recruitment and selection processes. Juliana holds a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a certification in Strategic Human Resources Analysis from ABRH-RS.
