Nick Zaugg has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nick started their career as a Project Engineer at TEREX ADVANCE MIXER, INC. in 1999, where they worked until 2002. Nick then joined Tuthill Corporation as a Product Development Engineer, and later became the Operations Manager from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Spencer Industries Incorporated as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they worked until 2009. Nick then moved on to Altor Solutions as the Plant Manager from 2009 to 2012, where they were responsible for significant financial growth and stabilizing customer relationships. Nick joined Federal-Mogul Powertrain in 2012 and held various roles, including Process Manager and Manager of Advanced Process Development. During their tenure, they successfully led teams and implemented data-driven continuous improvement activities. In 2023, they joined DBM Global Inc. as the VP of Technology and Continuous Improvement.

Nick Zaugg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University between 1995 and 1998.
