Caroline Lu M. is a seasoned data management professional with extensive experience in analytics and business strategy within the banking sector. Currently serving as Data Steward and Data Management Lead at DBS Bank since March 2019, Caroline plays a pivotal role in governance of data and AI use-cases, driving data management to comply with Group Data Policies, and collaborating with various operational teams to enhance data reporting programs. Prior to this, Caroline held significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank and ANZ, where expertise in technical business analysis and retail unsecured lending analytics was demonstrated. Caroline also contributed to OCBC Bank as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on data-driven insights and performance reporting. With a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from IE Business School, Caroline combines analytical acumen with strategic leadership to deliver impactful business solutions.
