Founded in 1977 by Danny and Charlie Breaden, we set out to provide our customer base with skilled technicians and prompt, personalized service at a competitive price. Now we are the largest independent elevator company in the state of Kentucky, and almost 80 employees continue to serve in this tradition. In 2002, under the leadership of President Steve Bowlds, our company changed ownership as we introduced the ESOP Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Now all our employees are stakeholders in our success, growth, and prosperity. What We Do We are a regional market leader. The main advantages of the contract service we offer, are peace-of-mind and lower repair costs than non-contractual services. Our customers prefer maintenance contracts, offering lower repair cost and minimized downtime, thus preventing the grave disadvantage of having a non-operational vertical transportation system on site. With 24/7 live answering service, we provide constant availability to our customers. Our elevator technicians are our most important assets and can schedule urgent repairs alongside their planned routes. A mobile software solution helps them and us to plan, schedule, and communicate. Our customer base, mostly building owners and building managers, are aware of the quality of service we provide. Their trust and satisfaction are essential elements to a mutually beneficial long-term business relationship and have provided us with continued success.
