Jun Fang

Jun Fang, PhD, PE, M.ASCE, is a seasoned professional in the field of civil and environmental engineering with extensive experience in wastewater treatment facility upgrades and design. Currently serving as the Manager of Process Engineering at DC Water since April 2016, Jun has successfully managed projects focused on both the enhancement of existing facilities and the development of new ones. Prior to this role, Jun held the position of Engineer IV at Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered, and worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, experience as a Project Manager at Beijing HaoDa Investment and Engineering Co. complements Jun's expertise. Jun Fang earned a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, having previously pursued a PhD in Environmental Engineering at the University of Miami and obtained an MS in Environmental and Chemical Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing, along with a BS in Chemistry from Anqing Normal University.
