Scott Perry

Scott Perry has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Maintenance & Services Parts Materials at DC Water since April 2015. In this role, Scott oversees inventory performance and staff management while also enhancing ERP, supply chain, and asset management systems. Prior to DC Water, Scott held positions including Supply Chain Manager at Germane Systems, Executive Director of Exams and Testing Services at the University of Maryland University College, and Division Supply Chain Manager at Parker Hannifin, where a strong focus on logistics and inventory control was established. Scott's career began in the United States Air Force, where significant leadership experience was gained, complemented by academic credentials including a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University.
