Van Tsai

Van Tsai currently serves as an HR Manager for Compensation & Benefits at Dcard, in a dual role as HRBP for the same functions since July 2022. Prior to this, Van held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Shopee from August 2020 to July 2022, leading a team of four and overseeing HR projects related to Talent Management, Organization Development, and compensation planning. Earlier experience includes roles as a Strategy & Insight Analyst at 日煙國際 and a Consultant specializing in Talent & Rewards at Willis Towers Watson. Additionally, Van was the Preparation Committee President for the 66th AIESEC International Congress in Taiwan, which is noted as the largest youth convention globally. Van Tsai holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from National Chiao Tung University, completed in 2013.
