Daniel Conville started their work experience in 2001 as a Program Support Assistant at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a Quality Program Specialist in the Quality Management Department. Daniel then became a Health Systems Specialist and Administrative Officer to the Chief of Staff at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they worked as a Health Systems Specialist and Senior Health System Specialist at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where they were responsible for managing complex operational and administrative issues. In 2016, they joined DCH Health System as a Project Manager for Alternative Payment Models, and they became the Corporate Director of Physician Services in 2018. Their responsibilities included operational and financial leadership, contract negotiation, practice development, and performance improvement.

Daniel Conville earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Alabama from 1997 to 2001. Daniel then pursued a Master of Health Administration (MHA) in the same field of study from the University of Cincinnati from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Federal Acquisition Academy Project Management Certification from the VA Federal Acquisition Academy in 2012.

A 122-bed nursing home on site is fully accredited and licensed for intermediate and skilled nursing care.
