Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Leadership and Administration from Aspen University in 2017. Mallary began their education in nursing at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2008. Mallary also holds additional certifications, including being a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and obtaining certifications in Informatics (NI-BC) and Nurse Executive, Advanced (NEA-BC).

A 122-bed nursing home on site is fully accredited and licensed for intermediate and skilled nursing care.
