Our cross-office collaboration and ability to work on projects all over the country is what makes our portfolio so strong and puts our staff at the center of innovation. As we continue to integrate the latest tools and technology processes, DCI is educating our project partners and internal staff on how these pieces contribute to our firm’s ongoing commitment to Service, Innovation & Value. DCI is M.E. = My Experience DCI is ME celebrates the individual stories of our employees. Our https://www.instagram.com/dciengineers_life/ Instagram page is an on-the-ground, day-in-the-life-of perspective with content provided by staff across all 22 offices. Combined with one-on-one interviews, DCI is ME is demonstrating what makes our individual experiences so special and is celebrating the differences – as well as the similarities. “It’s unusual in today’s culture to work at one place for more than a few years, let alone what’s been my entire career; but there’s a culture inherent to DCI that’s unique: the ability to own what you’re working on but always be supported, always part of a team. I stay for the people, the projects and the pursuit to be better – for myself and my clients.” --Danielle Jacobs, Principal & Former DCI Intern
