Philip Aiello

Philip Aiello has a diverse work experience in various industries. Philip started their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Ryan Homes, where they supervised construction projects for single family homes and townhouses. In 2009, they joined Mercury Solar Systems as the Manager for PV Solar Close Out, Service, and QC until 2011. In 2012, they joined DCO Energy as a Manager in PV Solar O&M and Project Engineer, later transitioning to Manager, PV Solar O&M/Performance Engineer and Manager, Landfill to Energy Facilities. In 2013, they became the Owner of AE Solar Design. Throughout their career, Philip has gained valuable experience in project management, performance engineering, and solar energy.

Philip Aiello obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management/Mechanical Engineering from The College of New Jersey between 1997 and 2002. Philip also has additional certifications including NABCEP from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, OSHA 10 Hour from the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, CPR / AED For Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider from the American Red Cross, Lifeguarding / First Aid from the American Red Cross, and Black Seal, High-Pressure Boiler Operator from The State of New Jersey.
