Faisal Shafait is a highly experienced academic and entrepreneur currently serving as a Professor at the National University of Sciences & Technology since January 2015. In addition, Faisal is the Founder and CEO of DCUBE | D3 since January 2016. Previous roles include Chief Scientist at Veeve from December 2019 to August 2022, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at VisionX from January 2018 to December 2019, and Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at PackageX, a leading AI solution for package delivery. Faisal has also held technology advisory positions at Novapex Software Technologies and Augary, and served as a Research Assistant Professor at The University of Western Australia. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and a Master's degree in Information and Communication Systems from Hamburg University of Technology.
