Alex Lubar

Alex Lubar is a seasoned advertising executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent companies. Currently, Alex serves as the Global CEO of DDB since October 2022, having previously held the positions of Global President and COO. Prior to DDB, Alex was President of McCann North America and McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific from July 2019 to September 2022. Additional leadership experience includes serving as CEO of McCann London, Global Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer for McCann North America, alongside roles at Grey Advertising, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, The Ad Store, and Rapp Collins Worldwide. Alex's academic background includes a degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
