Sarah James-Bryan

Sarah James-Bryan is an accomplished executive talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the luxury retail, education, and charitable sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at De Beers Group since September 2024, Sarah previously held the position of Head of Executive Recruitment at Harrods, where a pioneering in-house executive search function was established. Prior roles include Consultant at Norman Broadbent, Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, and Search Associate at King’s College London, where the first in-house search function for a university was implemented. Sarah holds a BSc in Geography and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has A-Levels in multiple subjects from Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle de Londres.
