Tshepo Reginald Mahlake

Tshepo Reginald Mahlake is a seasoned professional in underground mining operations, currently serving as a Senior Foreman at De Beers Group since September 2020, focusing on the safe and effective management of underground operations and emergency procedures. Previously, Tshepo held various roles, including Shift Supervisor at Palabora Mining Company and Anglo Platinum, where responsibilities included overseeing health and safety and ensuring efficient mining activities. Additional experience includes acting as a Mining / Development Specialist at Rio Tinto, where management of mining processes and personnel training were key duties. Tshepo holds a Matric Certificate from Maphokwane High School, completed in 1992.
