Lori Lepla

Lori LePla, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Management at DESTACO. Previously, Lori held the position of Head of Global Talent and Development at TI Fluid Systems and worked as an Independent Consultant specializing as a Global Talent Expert. Lori's extensive background includes serving as the Global Director of Talent Development at MSX International and the Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Masco Cabinetry. Lori earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University between 2000 and 2007.
