Helen MacPherson

Helen Macpherson is a Senior Research Fellow at Deakin University since March 2015 and has also served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. In October 2021, Helen founded In Bloom Brain Health, an organization focused on providing evidence-based resources for enhancing brain health throughout the lifespan. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Swinburne University of Technology from January 2010 to March 2015, where activities involved designing clinical trials related to nutrition and cognition. Additionally, Helen worked as a Research Assistant, performing statistical analyses and preparing research publications, and as a Sleep Scientist at St Vincents Private Melbourne from 2008 to 2010. Academic credentials include a PhD in neurocognition from Swinburne University of Technology, complemented by a BS (Psychophysiology) Honours and a BA in Psychology and Psychophysiology.
