Irma de Silva

Irma De Silva is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Deakin University since February 2024, Irma previously held the position of Finance Business Partner Lead at the City of Casey, where the role involved enhancing financial literacy within operational teams and collaborating with senior leadership on financial processes. Prior to that, Irma worked as a Senior Finance Business Partner at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, partnering with clinical and corporate directorates to achieve strategic goals. Additional experience includes roles at Cleanaway Waste Management, Telstra, G4S, and Spotless Group, with a focus on financial management and pricing analysis.
