Nina Walsh

Nina Walsh serves as the Digital Strategy Lead and Project Lead at Deakin University’s DeakinTALENT since July 2014, where Nina has successfully managed various talent development programs and key projects, including a careers platform migration to a cloud-based solution. With extensive experience as a Senior Coordinator and Careers Consultant, Nina has developed innovative programs to enhance student employability and coached numerous students one-on-one. Recognized for outstanding contributions to career success with multiple awards, Nina has also contributed to recruitment processes in secondment roles at WorkSafe Victoria and Coulter Roache, while holding foundational positions in career education and consulting at La Trobe University and Victoria University. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development from RMIT University.
