Elizabeth Lluberes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations and Salesforce Administrator at iA American Warranty Group, where they manage processes and operations for Dealer Wizard. Prior to this, they worked at Dealer Wizard for several years, starting as a Customer Service Representative and eventually progressing to the role of Director of Operations and Salesforce Administrator. Elizabeth'sresponsibilities included implementing new processes, onboarding new clients, and serving as the Salesforce Admin and Business Analyst.
Before Dealer Wizard, Elizabeth was employed at LotVantage as a Lead Account Manager, where they focused on team leadership, onboarding and training, account management, and relationship building. Elizabeth was responsible for training, retaining, and supporting over 130 dealerships.
Elizabeth's earlier work experience includes positions at Ruby Tuesday, where they held various roles such as server, trainer, host, expo, bartender, and manager. Elizabeth also worked as a Logistics, Fundraising, and Event Planning Intern at the American Diabetes Association and as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Additionally, they gained experience as a Studio Sales Associate at Portrait Innovations and as a Temporary Market Research Assistant at Teleflex Medical. Elizabeth started their career as a Marketing Intern at Reese Integrated Marketing and as a Sales and Promotions Intern at Clear Channel Radio.
Throughout their various roles, Elizabeth has demonstrated skills in operations management, customer service, Salesforce administration, training, and relationship building.
Elizabeth Lluberes completed their high school education at Reading Senior High School from 2002 to 2006. Elizabeth obtained their high school diploma with a focus on Art/Art Studies, General. Following that, they pursued higher education at Albright College, where they graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During their time at Albright College, they specialized in Business Marketing and also explored the field of Photography.
