Cécile Ferreira has a diverse work experience. Cécile is currently a Customer Success Manager at Dealt, a company that focuses on improving the service approach of retailers and e-commerce businesses. In their role, they are responsible for implementing and managing white-labeled service offerings for retailers, providing tools, a service platform, and a community of certified professionals. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Consultant at AOS - Appels d'Offres Simplifiés and as a Project Manager at Avempace. Cécile also gained experience as a Sales Consultant at DEVRED 1902 and worked as a contractor in various roles at the Direction générale des Finances publiques, including in the Public Service Pensions, Center des Services Partagés, Pôle de Recouvrement Spécialisé, and SIP.
Cécile Ferreira's education journey began in 2015 when they attended Lycée Henri Matisse and obtained their Baccalaureate degree in Economic and Social studies. In 2015, they enrolled at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and earned a License degree in International Trade.
In 2016, Cécile attended Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa, where they acquired a Certification Level A2 in Modern Language and Portuguese Literature. In the following year, 2017, they participated in an Erasmus program at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, focusing on Economics and Management.
Cécile returned to UPEC in 2018 and pursued a Master's degree in Management and International Trade, which was completed in 2020. Additionally, in the same year, they briefly attended UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, where they studied International Business.
Throughout their educational experience, Cécile demonstrated a focus on international trade, management, economics, and various language studies.
