Sinclair Buisset

Sinclair Buisset has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design and user experience (UX). Most recently, Sinclair worked as a Principal Product Designer at Dealt, where they played a key role in reinventing the service approach for retailers and e-commerce businesses. They were responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair. Sinclair also contributed to building, implementing, and managing white-label service offerings for retailers, helping them provide better customer experiences and stand out from competitors. In this role, they utilized an omnichannel solution that included technological tools, a catalog of negotiated services, a national community of certified professionals, and comprehensive support for developing service strategies. Prior to Dealt, Sinclair worked as a UX/UI Designer at Greenly, a leading fintech company. They were involved in creating prototypes for the software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and the application and conducted user interviews, user journeys, and UX analysis. Sinclair also spent some time as a UX Consultant at DRM, where they provided expertise in user experience. They worked on the Intelligence Campus Project, specifically the Battle Lab Rens. Sinclair's previous experience includes working as a UX Consultant for beev, an electric vehicle purchasing platform incubated at Station F, and Malle d'Aventure, where they focused on UX research and design for website user journeys. They also briefly worked as a Graphiste for Topito and a 3D modeler for Site-in. Overall, Sinclair Buisset has demonstrated their skills and expertise in various aspects of product design, UX/UI design, and user research throughout their career.

Sinclair Buisset has a Bachelor's degree in Graphical Design, with a specialization in Digital Transformation, from e-artsup, l'école de la passion créative. Sinclair completed this degree from 2017 to 2022. In 2020, Sinclair also attended HEC Paris where they obtained a certification in Design Thinking. Sinclair also attended HEC Paris in 2018 and obtained a certification in Digital Entrepreneurship. Prior to these, Sinclair obtained their Baccalauréat Économique et Social from Académie de Versailles in 2017 and their Brevet National des collèges in 2014.
