Ian Fletcher has cultivated a diverse background in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Dean Snyder Construction since May 2020, where prior roles included Project Engineer and Intern. Additionally, Ian gained valuable experience as an Intern at FOX Engineering Associates, Inc. and Johnson Controls during the summer of 2019 and early 2018, respectively. Ian's academic foundation in engineering was established at Iowa State University, where studies took place from 2017 to 2021.
