Arturo Garcia is a seasoned project engineer and superintendent with extensive experience in overseeing construction activities and ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget. Currently serving as Project Engineer III at DEC | Engineering Excellence since June 2018, Arturo has previously held key roles at OG Construction and SBBI, Inc. Throughout the career, Arturo has demonstrated strong communication skills with clients and has successfully managed construction teams to achieve high-quality workmanship that meets engineered specifications. With a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Arturo’s educational background complements a robust career in civil engineering and construction management.
