Melinda Silva is currently a Principal Project Manager for Water at Gannett Fleming, a position held since July 2024 following the company's acquisition of DEC. In addition to this role, Melinda has served as a Senior Project Engineer at Dannenbaum Engineering since 2013. Melinda holds two degrees from The University of Texas at Austin: a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering obtained between 1996 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Art Studies earned from 1986 to 1991.
