Sheryl J. Bookman has extensive experience in right of way management, currently serving as the Right of Way Manager at Dannenbaum Engineering since February 2011. In this role, Sheryl oversees a team of consultants, appraisers, abstractors, surveyors, and attorneys for the acquisition of real property related to the West Harris County Regional Water Authority's Second Source Waterline Projects and upcoming 2025 CIP Projects. Prior to this, Sheryl worked at the Texas Department of Transportation from March 1981 to October 2010 as the Assistant District Right of Way Manager, where responsibilities involved managing and directing the Right of Way Acquisition Section in the Houston District, ensuring compliance with federal relocation assistance and real property acquisition policies for various roadway projects. Sheryl completed education at Forest Brook High School between 1974 and 1977.
