Xiaohua Yang is a Project Engineer at Gannett Fleming since January 2023, with previous experience as a Geotechnical Engineer at Terracon for a brief period in late 2021. Prior to professional roles, Xiaohua served as a Student Assistant at Tennessee Technological University from August 2020 to April 2021. Xiaohua holds a Master of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Penn State University, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Tennessee Technological University, earned in July 2021.
