Chase Coale has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Student Fundraiser at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014. They then worked as a Sales Operations Intern at Bronto Software in 2014, followed by a Finance Intern position at Sungevity in 2015. In 2016, Chase had two internships, first as a Marketing Intern at AroundCampus Group and then as a Martin Hilti Foundation Intern at Hilti Group. They then transitioned to a Financial Controller role at Omio in 2018, where they later became a Senior Financial Controller. Currently, Chase is working as a Financial Controller at DECA Games since July 2020.
Chase Coale obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and German Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.

They handle all community management, product management, feature development, art, customer support, live events and promotion planning to ensure a high quality integrated service.
