Jerome Pradoux

Jerome Pradoux is an accomplished supply chain and logistics professional currently serving as the Head of Marketplace Delivery & Fulfillment Team at Decathlon International since October 2023. Previously, Jerome held the position of Operations Senior Leader at ManoMano from September 2019 to September 2023, where expertise was applied in building and scaling the Mano Fulfillment Program with a focus on customer delivery experience and transport management. Earlier experience includes roles as Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport Manager at Saint-Gobain, and various positions at Decathlon International, including Supply Chain Manager, Supply Production Leader, and Product Engineer. Jerome holds a Master of Science in Production and Quality Management from IMT Nord Europe and has furthered education with a degree in Business Administration and Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
