Decathlon
Pascal BAUD has extensive experience in SAP project management and functional consulting, primarily with Decathlon International since April 2015. Currently serving as an SAP Project Manager, Pascal BAUD defines and deploys new finance functionalities while overseeing earlier responsibilities in logistics and retail domains. Earlier roles at Decathlon included leading support for SAP during a significant transition to an integrated solution across 48 countries. Prior to Decathlon, Pascal BAUD was a Technical and Functional SAP Consultant at Sopra Steria, providing support to Decathlon staff in multiple countries. Pascal BAUD's career also features roles in continuous improvement engineering, project management in Cameroon, and teaching IT skills to inmates, alongside diverse maintenance positions. An engineering degree from ICAM, Lille, was completed between 2008 and 2013.
