Smile CHEN has extensive experience in production and operational management, currently serving as the Production Team Manager and Operational Process Manager at 迪卡侬体育用品公司 since June 2008. Smile also held the role of Purchase Production Leader within the same company. Previously, from June 2015 to December 2019, Smile worked at Decathlon as an Operational Process Manager, further enhancing expertise in operational processes and leadership within the sporting goods industry.
