Jheri Wills

Jheri Wills is a seasoned Diversity and Inclusion Specialist currently at Dechert LLP, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Jheri served as the Diversity and Inclusion Programming Coordinator at The University of the Arts from July 2019 to January 2022. The academic background includes a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned in 2019, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Ball State University, completed in 2017. Additional experience includes roles such as Graduate Research Assistant in the Office of Multicultural Student Life, President of the College Student Personnel Association, and Inaugural Presidential Scholar Intern at the Southern Association for College Student Affairs.
