Earl Shelby is a Senior Software Developer VI at deciBel Research, Inc., since April 2021, contributing significantly across all phases of the software development lifecycle, particularly on the Sentinel project. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Staff Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, leading a team of six engineers in software development for offensive missile systems while utilizing technologies such as VxWorks, C++, and Agile methodologies. Earl has held several senior positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation, COLSA Corporation, Davidson Technologies, Wavelink Inc., Raytheon, Triton Systems, SmartSynch, and Terion, Inc., focusing on complex software architecture, embedded systems, and technical leadership. Earl holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi.
