Neil Spear is an experienced engineer currently serving as the Systems Engineer Lead at deciBel Research, Inc. since December 2014, focusing on models and simulations for the Missile Defense Agency. With a robust background in business consulting since 2009, Neil has provided strategic advice to small business owners, enhancing their marketing strategies and product developments. Prior experience includes significant roles at Teledyne Brown Engineering, where responsibilities ranged from managing earned value systems to supporting NASA's Constellation - Ares 1 project as a Launch Vehicle Avionics Systems Engineer. Neil's educational background includes a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in Orbital Mechanics and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, both obtained from Auburn University.
