Bret Olsen is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both the performing arts and customer service. Currently serving as a Software Support Analyst at Decision Logic since October 2021, Bret also maintains a long-standing role as a singer in the bass section of the Opera Omaha chorus and as an Artistic Associate with OmniArts Nebraska, where responsibilities include production management and stage direction. Previous roles include Customer Service Representative at Assurity, bartender positions at MoMo Pizzeria and Ristorante, and The Cask, as well as operational roles at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Westbrook School of Music. With a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Dance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Bret's diverse skill set combines artistic talent with strong customer service and operational management abilities.
