Lalitha Pithani

Lalitha Pithani's work experience begins at Accenture, where they worked as a Business Operations New Associate from August 2017 to May 2018. Lalitha then moved on to Continental Hospitals, where they served as a Human Resources Intern, handling various tasks such as coordinating interviews, screening candidates, salary negotiations, and onboarding from May to August 2020.

In October and November 2020, they worked as a Trainee Talent Research and Business Development at Vipany Management Consulting Pvt Ltd, gaining exposure to the Semiconductor Industry and engaging in activities such as sourcing, using LinkedIn and Naukri Recruiter accounts, and recruitment.

From January 2021 to February 2022, Lalitha worked as a Human Resources Executive at Trendspace Business Solutions, and they currently hold the same position at Decisions since February 2022.

Lalitha Pithani completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in electronics and communications from Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women, Vishnupur, Kovvada Village, Bhimavaram from 2013 to 2016. Lalitha then pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from ICBM - School of Business Excellence from 2019 to 2021.
