Tyler Haynes

Tyler Haynes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and customer relations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Pre-Sales Engineering at Decisions since January 2021. Prior roles include Strategic Account Executive at ACTIVE Network, where Tyler focused on developing long-term client relationships and increasing market share, and Technical Sales Engineer at Vivaticket, responsible for technical presentations and product modifications. With a foundation in ticketing systems and IT operations gained during tenure at The Dollywood Company and Herschend Family Entertainment, Tyler combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills, managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is pursuing a Master’s in Sport and Fitness Administration from East Tennessee State University.
