Zinzi Bianca Sullivan

Zinzi Bianca Sullivan currently serves as the Head of UX/Product Design at Deckard Technologies since July 2025, and also works as a Career Coach dedicated to empowering women in their career growth. Previously, Zinzi held the position of Head of User Experience at Technocrat, where responsibilities included overseeing business strategy, UX direction, and user research for various high-profile clients such as the Reserve Bank of Australia and the Department of Education and Workplace Relations. Other notable roles include UX Design Lead at Pearson, Client Insights Specialist at WorkSafe Victoria, and teaching at Monash University. Zinzi co-founded anda project, aimed at transforming education through human-centered learning, and has also worked as a graphic designer and social media manager early in the career. Zinzi holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Graphic Design, alongside certifications in User Experience Design and Life Coaching.
