At Deckers Brands from December 2014 to November 2017, PJ served in various roles, including Senior Manager of Global Demand Planning and Director of Integrated Planning for the Performance Lifestyle Group. Transitioning to Nike in December 2017, PJ held multiple leadership positions, culminating as Director of Business Operations for Global Express Lane Fulfill, where significant revenue growth and inventory efficiency improvements were achieved. Earlier experience with Gap Inc./Old Navy and Gap, Inc. involved inventory management and planning across women's apparel. PJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Operations Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
