Rob Currie

Rob Currie is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group Manager of People and Culture at DECMIL since May 2022. Prior to this role, Rob held various managerial positions, including Industrial Relations Manager for the Melbourne Metro Project at Lendlease from November 2017 to May 2022, and General Manager of Human Resources at Kalari Pty Ltd between June 2016 and November 2017. Rob's extensive background also includes serving as Employee Relations Manager at CPB Contractors, Employee Relations Manager at Abigroup Contractors Pty Limited, and Industry Employee Relations Manager at the Australian Shipowners Association. Rob began a career in human resources as HR Manager at Akron Roads from 2005 to 2009. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Swinburne University of Technology, completed between 1992 and 1995.
