Matt Bluhm began their career in 2001 as a Special Assistant to the Secretary at the US Department of Health & Human Services. In 2005, they took on the role of President/Principal at DAM Holdings/Rockwell Trust. In 2015, they became the CEO of Decon7 Systems, where they were responsible for developing D7 DF-200 Sandia Foam, originally developed by the US DOD at Sandia National Laboratories to neutralize chemical and biological warfare agents.
Matt Bluhm received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2001. Matt then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2014.
