Mark Jones has over 30 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Mark began their career in 1988 as an Electrical Technician in the Royal Air Force. Mark then served as an Engineering Supervisor and Engineering Manager. In 2012, they became Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Project and Middle East Sales Manager at BCB International. In 2013, they became Operations Director at Flying Elephants Aerial Solutions Ltd, providing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle solutions and consultancy advice to industry. In 2015, they became Head of Unmanned Aviation Service Delivery and Service Delivery Manager Unmanned Aviation Services at Resource Group. In 2017, they became Head of Unmanned Aviation Services (UAS) at Resource Group Ltd - Unmanned Aviation Services. Most recently, in 2020, they became Head of Dedrone United Kingdom & Ireland.
Mark Jones attended Lewis Boys School from 1981 to 1985 and Ystrad Mynach College of FE from 1986 to 1988, where they studied Production Engineering.
