To say Dee Zee is in Kelli's blood is an understatement. A second-generation President, Kelli started her career with Dee Zee in July 2019, however, she spent many years prior working here in a variety of positions. Kelli is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with HRCI and an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with a BSBA in Finance and Management from Drake University. Before returning to Dee Zee in 2009 as the HR Director, Kelli worked at UPS as an Automotive Accountant, and at O'Halloran International as Controller.
Kelli's Role comprises of many aspects with Dee Zee. She is responsible for strategy and operations, providing strong leadership in working with the board and other executives to establish short -and long-term goals while maintaining the financial stability and success of the business.
