Mo Niknafs

Mo Niknafs is a founding member at Mark1 since January 2024 and serves as a founding analyst for The Planet Positive Economy at Deep Science Ventures, focusing on venture creation in sustainable economic initiatives. Previously, Mo held the position of head of non-dilutive financing and was a key member of the founding team at LabGenius, an innovative company utilizing AI for protein material development, from August 2015 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as COO and engineer at Imperial Create Lab and contributions as co-founder and president of Imperial Design Collective. Mo's career began with an internship in unit process development at Infineon Technologies in 2011. Mo earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2015.
